Chocobanana Oat Pudding

This easy-to-make pudding is perfect for a healthy dessert or snack! You can also make a large batch to store and keep on hand when you want something sweet.

Chocobanana Oat Pudding (by Sharon McRae from Eat Well Stay Well)

Ingredients:
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 2 Tbs cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tbs raisins
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup unsweetened plant milk (hemp, soy, or almond milk)
  • 1 banana, peeled and chopped or mashed
Directions:
  1. Blend all ingredients and store in a Mason jar or similar container in the fridge overnight.
  2. Serve cold, room temperature, or heated, however you prefer.
Notes:

Optional add-ins/toppings: Nut butter, seed butter, alternative dried fruits, cacao nibs, chopped nuts, seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, hemp), shredded coconut, berries/cherries, shredded apples, chopped mangoes.
