Chocolate Cherry Mousse (from The Conscientious Eater)


  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1½ cups frozen pitted cherries (thawed) or fresh
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 4 pitted Medjool dates


  1. Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until completely smooth.
  2. Place in the fridge to chill or enjoy right away.
