I wanted to let you, Mary & Paul know that the past 4-6 weeks of boot camp have been extremely rewarding. It has honestly been a bit of a struggle – plenty sore & tired at times – but I feel much better physically and feel that the workouts & motivation the 3 of you have provided has been a huge part of getting me back on track.
