Pico De Gallo

If you need a healthy salsa recipe with fresh ingredients, this one is simple to make and will add flavor to all kinds of dishes.

Pico De Gallo (from Healthy Blender Recipes)


  • 2 cups diced tomato
  • 1/3 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice, plus more to taste
  • 2 teaspoons ribbed, seeded, and minced jalapeño, plus more to taste
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, plus more to taste

Directions: In a bowl, toss all of the ingredients until well combined. Adjust the lime juice, jalapeño, and pepper to taste.
