Boot Camp is a challenging, fun and supportive workout!
If you are new to exercise or just getting back into it, that’s ok. You can go at your own pace and work your way up. Anyone can be a part of the program and we have people of all levels. People tell us that they feel very comfortable on their first day. The boot camp workout consists of cardiovascular conditioning (running or walking, plyometrics), strength training (weights, stability balls, resistance bands, medicine balls, Glides, kettle bells) and stretching. The coaches vary the exercises and format for every workout so no two boot camp sessions are the same. Each boot camp workout is a 1/2 hour long.
Strength and Conditioning
This workout utilizes fun music, light weights, and high repetitions. A focus on perfect form and timing under pressure, results in an increase of muscle tone, lean functional muscle strength, bone density and body awareness.
Target all of your muscles in this workout. Get stronger and more toned!
This intervals training is for anyone at any level. If you want to start running, you will work your way up from walking to running. If you are already running, your speed will improve. If you are training for a race, intervals can be incorporated into your training schedule. By having a organized plan and the accountability of an instructor, you are more likely to achieve your running goals.
This training is also for walkers who do not intend to run. This offers a time to walk with the safety of other people and to improve walking speed.
An introduction to basic Yoga asanas (poses) and gentle stretching. If you have been curious about Yoga, but not sure about all the different poses, this is for you. Working on flexibility will greatly improve the health of your muscles (and mind!). Suitable for first time Yoga students, as well as, students with a little or a lot of Yoga experience.
Intervals combining kickboxing moves (punches, kicks, and blocks) and cardio moves to increase fat burn, tone muscles, and condition the cardio vascular system. Kickboxing Intervals is great for all fitness levels and is a fantastic stress reliever!
This is an opportunity for people to practice the exercises that they have the most difficulty with. Through tracking progress, we can see how far each of our clients has come. Great for all fitness levels.
